Submit up to 10 images for $50,
$5 for each additional image.
Enter and compete to become the one photographer designated as the “2010 Hot New Pic”.
Selected artists will have their work featured in the “2010 HOT NEW PICS SHOW” opening October 29 through November 19, 2010.
Eligibility: Open to all artists nationwide who have created work within the discipline of the photographic medium. This exhibition celebrates the range of creative exploration in photography. Each photograph will be considered based on the merit of the single image.
Submission format:
Please submit your photographic works in jpeg format on CD: 300 dpi, no larger than 3000 X 3000 pixels. Name each image file with your name and the corresponding image number from the entry form image list. Include the entry form image list, CD of your entry and a check payable to Center Gallery for your entry fee. CD’s will be kept on file at the gallery to be considered for future opportunities.
Exhibition Format:
All photographic works should be ready to hang on the wall for the exhibition, for example: Framed pieces that are equipped with D-rings and wire, or mounted on sturdy substrate material equipped with a hanging system.
Delivery of Selected Works/Shipping Information:
Work should be delivered or shipped to the gallery. Out of town artists are expected to cover the round trip shipping costs for their work. Please ship the work in reusable packaging, along with return postage for the package. RETURN POSTAGE MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR ARTWORK.
Associated Fees and Information:
There is a 40% gallery commission for work sold. Center Gallery reserves the right to reproduce images for promotional purposes if necessary. Center Gallery cannot be held responsible for any work that is sent to the gallery previously damaged, or is damaged in transit. Any work that arrives to Center Gallery that has been damaged in transit will not be exhibited. By submitting work to the HOT NEW PICS SHOW you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the entry form.
